Real people, straight answers
Need help with an order, sizing question, missing download or something you’re thinking about buying?
Send us a message.
Wyld Peak is a small independent outdoor brand, which means your message reaches a real person rather than disappearing into a call-centre maze.

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours. More complicated delivery problems or messages received over weekends and public holidays can take a little longer, but we won’t leave you shouting into the bush.
Email us directly at wyldpeak@gmail.com or use the contact form below.
Help with an existing order
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
It also helps to tell us exactly what has happened rather than sending a mysterious “where is it?” into the void.
For order support, include:
- Your order number
- The name used at checkout
- The item involved
- Tracking details, when relevant
- A clear description of the problem
- Photographs if something arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect
Orders can sometimes arrive in separate packages when products are fulfilled from different locations. Check your dispatch emails for additional tracking numbers before reporting part of an order missing.
Sizing and product questions
We’d rather help before you order than have you stuck with something that doesn’t fit the way you expected.
Send us:
- The exact product name or page
- The size and colour you’re considering
- The measurements of a similar garment you already own
- Whether you prefer a closer or more relaxed fit
- Anything specific you need the product to handle
Materials and fits vary between products, so advice about one Wyld Peak shirt won’t always transfer perfectly to another.
We’ll give you the clearest answer we can. We won’t pretend a cotton tee is alpine equipment or that a lightweight windbreaker can replace a proper waterproof shell.
Shipping and tracking help
Most tracking problems are delays rather than lost parcels, especially during customs processing or a handover between international carriers.
Before contacting us, check:
- Your spam or junk folder for dispatch emails
- Whether the tracking link has received its first scan
- Any safe places around the delivery address
- Building reception or parcel lockers
- Whether another person at the address accepted it
- Whether the order was divided into separate shipments
If the parcel is beyond its expected delivery window and still hasn’t moved, send us the order number and tracking details so we can check the next step.
For general delivery estimates, international shipping and customs information, read Shipping and Delivery.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Something genuinely wrong with the order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a short explanation and clear photographs showing the item and the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed what happened, we’ll explain the available resolution clearly.
Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect care and a customer-selected size not fitting as hoped are different from manufacturing or fulfilment faults. The full terms are covered in Returns and Refunds.
Digital download help
Digital guides and checklists are normally delivered by email after purchase.
If the message hasn’t arrived:
- Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for Wyld Peak or the product name.
- Confirm you’re checking the same email address used at checkout.
- Check whether the payment was completed successfully.
Still nothing?
Send us your order number, the email used at checkout and the name of the digital product. We’ll help restore access.
If the file arrived but won’t open, tell us which device and PDF reader you’re using. That usually helps us find the problem much faster.
Patches, stickers and product care
Not sure whether a patch can be ironed onto your backpack? Wondering whether a sticker will survive on a bottle? Trying to keep a printed shirt from ageing before its time?

Send us the product name and tell us what you want to attach, wash or use it on.
Different fabrics, coatings and surfaces react differently. Nylon backpacks, waterproof jackets and technical materials need more care than a cotton hoodie or canvas bag.
You may find the answer faster in the Wyld Peak FAQ, Patch Placement Guide or Outdoor Gear Hub.
Bulk orders, clubs and custom projects
We’re open to discussing selected bulk orders, outdoor clubs, teams, events, group gifts and custom patch projects.
Include:
- What you’re looking for
- The estimated quantity
- The date you need it
- Your delivery country
- Whether an existing Wyld Peak product works
- Any custom design or packaging requirements
- Your realistic budget
The more detail you provide at the start, the less time everyone spends sending emails that only create another email.
Availability depends on the product, quantity, production requirements and deadline.
Partnerships and collaborations
Have a collaboration idea that genuinely fits Wyld Peak?
Tell us who you are, what you make or do, what you have in mind and why you think the partnership makes sense.
We’re most interested in work connected to:
- Hiking and outdoor life
- Honest trail content
- Public lands and conservation
- Inclusive outdoor access
- Photography and original artwork
- National parks
- Outdoor communities
- Strange ideas that somehow make complete sense
A large audience isn’t the only thing that matters. A clear idea and a genuine connection to the brand usually tell us more.
We don’t accept copied artwork, mass-produced content pitches or vague requests to “collab” without explaining what that actually means.
Trail updates and corrections
Outdoor conditions change.
Tracks close, access shifts, bridges wash out, parking rules change and the perfectly useful toilet mentioned in a guide can disappear without warning.
If you notice information in a Wyld Peak hiking guide that is no longer accurate, send us:
- The name or link of the guide
- The section that needs updating
- What you observed
- The date you were there
- An official notice or source when one exists
Firsthand updates from people who were recently on the ground help keep the Trail Hub useful.
For urgent safety information, closures and current conditions, always contact or check the relevant land manager or park authority directly. Wyld Peak isn’t an emergency service or the official manager of the places we write about.
