The idea was fairly simple.

Mangroves grow down at the messy edges. Salt water, mud, tides and tangled roots.

Mountains take things in the other direction.

We liked having both in one design without trying to turn it into something overly symbolic. They're two very different parts of being outside, and both are worth making the trip for.

The embroidery stays compact and clean, so there's enough detail to notice without making the cap feel like souvenir merch.
